View SDDIC_WB_ART_ANN is not in the database

Hi,

     I am new to SAP S/4 HANA.  I am getting run time error while activating CDS table function from ADT tools. Actually there is select query on DDL SQL View SDDIC_WB_ART_ANN but it doesn't exists in database. I am trying to open this view using SE11, it shows information message

View SDDIC_WB_ART_ANN is not in the database but able to see the structure of the view in SE11. Can anybody help me on this?
